Moms surely don't get enough credit for all the work they do. They are professional jugglers, they've mastered the art of developing a figurative third arm, plus a third eye in the back of their head, they can run marathon style or slide to second base in one second flat when their kiddos are headed straight to the pointy corner of the coffee table. They can give and give even when they feel they're running dangerously low on fuel.
Mamas are basically superheroes.
Moms also always want to make the absolute best choices for their kids when it comes to food and eating. This almost always goes hand in hand with not having enough time, dealing with picky eaters, and eventually forgetting their own need of eating healthfully and their own habits of self care. When it comes to being a busy mom, trying to cook more at home and making healthy lunches, snacks and meals for your family, this has to go hand in hand with getting organized. When you manage to develop a system that works for you and your kids, when you manage to set everything in motion so that you can just follow a plan, things get so much easier, and it only takes a few of the tips I'm going to teach you in today's video.
We're going to cover everything from planning out your meals, thinking of convenience foods in a totally new way, establishing routines for your kids, enlisting help, some shopping tips, how to implement even a 1 hour batch cooking session each week that will SAVE you, and so much more. Lots to cover so let's get to it!
